Using the Form Lookup tool

To open the Form Lookup tool, click the Forms icon

at the bottom of the TurboTax window, then click Form Lookup....

Tip: All of your open forms are also listed here.

Select any form that's listed in the Forms area at the bottom of the Form Lookup tool, then click OK. Or, in the Forms area, double-click the form you want.

To find a form quickly, you'll want to narrow down the list of forms in one of the ways below.

Search by Keyword

Enter a form number, a word in the title, or a general topic.

Show only the forms you have open already.

Select the Show Open Forms Only checkbox on the left of the tool.

CAUTION:

If you select this option, it stays on. The next time you use Form Lookup, you may need to remove the checkbox before you search for a form.

If you are preparing a coupled return with your spouse or common-law partner, you only see your forms. He or she may have different forms open.

Display certain types of forms (Group)

In the top right of the tool, filter the list by clicking:

Slips and Receipts to see slips or expenses you enter in the T-slips and receipts entry screen.
CRA Forms to see only the CRA forms that are included in TurboTax.
Québec Forms to see only the Ministère du Revenu forms that are included in TurboTax.
Other Worksheets to see only TurboTax worksheets.

Tip: Before you start your search, check whether Show Open Forms Only is on or off.
