TurboTax has help for each form and interview screen in the product. Most topics include instructions on how to do a task in TurboTax, as well as tax information from the CRA.
To see a detailed explanation for any field or step, move your cursor to that field, then click the Help button near the top right of the screen.

Click the
Index tab on the left side of the Help screen to see an alphabetized list of indexed subjects. Start typing the term you're looking
for to jump to the matching point in the alphabetized list. Some entries have sub-entries, like a book's index.
Tip: Watch the list as you type - if you enter too many letters, you may jump past the word you're trying to find.
Double-click an entry, or highlight it with your cursor and click Display to open a topic.
Use the help search
Use the help search
Click the Search tab to open the HTML search screen. Then, type a word or
phrase and click Ask. The engine searches the entire Help file and presents topics that contain your word or phrase.
Click the result you want to see.
The more specific your phrase, the better your results are likely to be. For example, if you type "employment expenses"
in the search pane, you'll find all topics that contain that phrase. However, if you type "enter employment expenses in
EasyStep" your result will be much more specific.
