you're done, click Continue.

On the Provincial Credits screen, click New Brunswick Seniors' Home Renovation Tax Credit.

Open form NB(S12).
To find this form, use Form Lookup
and enter the keyword S12.

Complete the form according to CRA guidelines.
Make sure you complete the Address of residence area at the bottom of page 1. If you need more room for
expenses, scroll down to enter amounts on the second page of the form.
