    1. Answer Yes in box 24 of the T4RSP section of the T-slips entry screen (near the bottom).
    2. Complete the section, RRSP Contributions to Spousal Plans of the worksheet Carry Forwards From 2022.

If you are preparing your returns together, your spouse or common-law partner enters contributions he or she made to your plan on his or her own worksheet.

    3. Complete Form T2205, Amounts From a Spousal or Common-law Partner RRSP or RRIF to Include in Income.
TurboTax determines how much of any amount in box 20, 22, or 26 is attributable to you and how much to your spouse or common-law partner, and transfers the correct amount to line 12900 of your T1 General. If you are preparing your returns together, your spouse or common-law partner's portion is also automatically transferred to his or her line 12900.

Both you and your spouse or common-law partner should include a completed Form T2205 with your paper returns. However, only the person shown as the annuitant on the T4RSP slip can claim the income tax deducted (box 30) and should attach the slip to his or her paper return.
